Pricing

At MIDTFYNS MC- OG AUTOREPARATION A/S, all prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold-out items.

Payment options

MIDTFYNS MC- OG AUTOREPARATION A/S accepts payment by VISA-Dankort, VISA, PayPal, Bank Transfer. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out/discontinued items.

Delivery

MIDTFYNS MC- OG AUTOREPARATION A/S strives to ship orders received before 5 pm the next day, after which orders are shipped the next business day.

We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices from 70 kr. Items will be delivered to the GLS parcel box specified when ordering.

We do not deliver abroad and not to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

Your goods are shipped with GLS.

NOTE: If there is no space at the pickup location, the package will be moved to the nearest pickup location and you will be notified. If there are any problems, please contact customer service.

Items are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering.

For certain items, special delivery terms apply. The conditions will be specifically stated prior to the purchase of these goods.

Right of complaint

A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or reduced in price, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect/fault. MIDTFYNS MC- OG AUTOREPARATION A/S will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted.

Reimbursement

In the case of a refund, please include bank details in the form of account number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can safely be provided by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day return policy on items purchased in our webshop.

The period is calculated from that day;

  • Where you receive the order.
  • Receives the last item in physical possession in the case of a multiple item deal, ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several batches.
  • Receives the last lot or last part in physical possession in the case of a delivery agreement for goods consisting of several lots/parts.
  • The first item in physical possession in the case of regular delivery of goods over a certain period of time.

Return costs are at your own expense.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and you must return the shipment within 14 days of the cancellation. The notification must be given by email at mc@midtfyns-mc.dk. In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill in the enclosed Return Form and send the item to:

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without giving clear notice.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal

The following product types are not included in the right of withdrawal:

  • Goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal is broken after delivery.
  • Goods that due to their nature become inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
  • Goods where the seal has been broken.
  • Non-financial services provided where the provision of the service has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ends when the service is fully performed.
  • Delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the consumer thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
  • Newspapers, journals or magazines, excluding subscription agreements for such publications.
  • Agreements made at public auction.
  • Items that deteriorate or expire quickly.

Returns

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return. When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring that it is properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The expedition will be faster if you also fill in and enclose our Cancellation Form.

You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery until we have received them back.

We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

Condition of the item upon return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt – of the return. In order to receive a full refund, you must try out the product without actually using it.

Reimbursement

If you regret your purchase, you will of course be refunded the amount you have paid to us.

In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided proof of return before then.

In-store pickup

On our webshop it is possible to choose to pick up our products in our store. This way it is possible to reserve an item online and then pick up the item physically in our store. As the item is picked up in our store, the same terms apply as when you shop physically in our store.
