Right of withdrawal
If the Buyer notifies Midtfyns mc that the Buyer has regretted his purchase within 14 days after delivery, Midtfyns mc will refund the amount received.
Goods returned UFRANCO or cash on delivery will be refused. When returning, please use Post Danmark – not alternative parcel distributors. This makes it possible to track the item if it is lost during return shipment.
You should send the item securely packaged – together with a copy of the invoice and please write clearly that you want to make use of the right of withdrawal and that you therefore want to be refunded the price of the item.
We recommend that you send the item back as a careful package with Post Danmark.
You can also cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the shipment.
These return rules apply to all goods sold as distance selling to private individuals – it does not apply to goods sold to companies.

Extended description of the right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving reasons within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, but not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods or acquires physical possession of the last item if several items of the same order are delivered separately.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify:

Your decision to withdraw from this contract in an unequivocal statement (e.g. by registered letter, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached standard withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
The withdrawal period is met if you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of regret
If you exercise your right to withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees of any kind as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You will return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you return the goods within the 14 days.
They must bear the direct costs associated with the return of the goods. The costs are expected to amount to a maximum of approximately DKK 100,-.
They shall only be liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
